What You’ll Be Doing
Operating a counterbalance forklift confidently and safely (min. 1 year recent experience required)
Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and assisting with two-person lifts
Strapping (electric), wrapping (automated) and organising all outbound freight consignments, ensuring it’s ready on time based on set transport loading times
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
Communicate with the Dispatch Manager and drivers to keep freight flowing smoothly
Keep carton consignments organised, breakdown pallets, and wrap ready for dispatch
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced & licensed – solid counterbalance forklift skills are a must with 1 year of recent experience
Physically fit & motivated – ready to roll up your sleeves
Organised & clear communicator – you keep things moving and everyone informed
Team-oriented but comfortable working independently when needed
Safety-focused – confident operating forklifts in shared spaces and following safe manual handling practices
