Zeder Corporation and its company affiliates worldwide ("Zeder") are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and all applicable privacy laws in the countries where Zeder is located. By submitting your application for employment or engagement by Zeder, you agree that Zeder may use, disclose and store the personal information or personally identifiable data that you provide or discuss in connection with your application (including name, address, experience, demographic, nationality or any sensitive personal data such as health information) (“Personal Information”) in accordance with this privacy collection statement and in accordance with the related parts of the Zeder Privacy Policy.  Specifically, Zeder and its authorised service providers will use, hold and keep your Personal information secure on a confidential need-to-know basis worldwide for the purpose of assessing your application and for related records keeping compliance purposes.

 

As part of Zeder’s obligations to ensure a safe work environment, there are some questions you are required by law to answer to ensure that you meet the requirements inherently required to be successful in the role and for you to be able to perform the role safely and in accordance with applicable laws.  If you fail to answer honestly (especially relating physical or mental health conditions which may affect your ability to do the role), Zeder will not be liable for such answers or for you not being able to claim workers compensation for any worsening of any such physical or mental health conditions.  

 

Please note that if you do not agree to these terms, then Zeder will be unable to consider your initial application.
